Simple Pricing, Extraordinary Care

Membership is simple and flexible; there are no long-term contracts. When you establish care, we collect your first month's membership fee along with your final month's membership fee.

Membership is billed by calendar month, and monthly fees are not prorated. Whether you join at the beginning or the end of the month, the monthly membership fee remains the same.

Membership is governed by our Patient Agreement, and you may cancel your membership at any time by providing 30 days' advance written notice.

Non-Member Single Visits

If membership isn't the right fit for you, we also offer one-time office visits for $150, regardless of age.

Single visits are best suited for annual wellness exams or acute concerns, such as the flu, strep throat, urinary tract discomfort, or similar illnesses.

Since these visits are intended to address a single concern, they do not include ongoing primary care, long-term treatment plans, or continued prescription management. If you need ongoing medical care, a Southern Direct

Primary Care membership offers the continuity of care that these visits are not designed to provide.

Enroll 5 or more employees and pay a flat rate of $65 per employee
